TeamViewer pricing in 2026, and what everyone else charges

TeamViewer pricing depends on licensed users, simultaneous connections, managed devices and add-ons. Start with the eligible plan and annual commitment. Here is how to compare its model with the current published terms from AnyDesk, ScreenConnect, Splashtop and Remote Login.

A useful quote needs technician count, simultaneous-session requirements, and device and platform requirements.

TeamViewer’s plans, as published

TeamViewer’s official US pricing overview separates single-user, team and enterprise licensing. It describes annual subscriptions, licensed users, concurrent connections and managed devices. These are not interchangeable names for a seat count.

The live overview reviewed for this page did not expose a stable set of current US dollar amounts that we could independently substantiate for every plan. Historical quote pages and third-party articles show differing amounts. We therefore do not present those numbers as today’s price. Open the official selector or obtain a quote for your region and requirements.

For a useful quote, prepare four quantities: named technicians, peak simultaneous connections, managed devices and required extras. Then check which tier actually meets them. A headline for one individual supporting a small number of machines should not be multiplied into a business-team estimate without checking eligibility.

The widely repeated idea that ten technicians and 500 devices automatically cost about $509 per month is not established by those two inputs. Different levels of concurrency and add-ons can change the answer. Publishing a confident total without the missing assumptions would make a pricing guide less useful, not more.

This page names what was verified and what was not. The linked official source and your actual quote take precedence if the vendor changes its offer after the review date.

What the sticker price leaves out

Billing period

A monthly equivalent paid annually is not the same commitment as a monthly subscription. TeamViewer describes annual subscriptions and renewal terms on its official page. Check the actual contract, notice window and any existing negotiated terms before making a renewal or cancellation decision.

Users and simultaneous work

A team can have more licensed identities than permitted concurrent connections. That can be useful when staff share shifts or perform remote work occasionally. It can be limiting if many technicians need independent sessions at the same time. Calculate the busiest realistic overlap, not only the average.

Managed devices and required additions

A managed-device limit affects the eligible plan even when the technician count is unchanged. Mobile support, integrations or other additions may have separate conditions. Obtain the quote with those requirements included rather than treating them as optional because they are absent from the headline.

Keep the comparison worksheet simple: what you need, what the plan includes, what must be added, when payment is due and what the total commitment is. Ask the vendor to resolve any remaining mismatch. A precise unanswered question is better than a fabricated apples-to-apples figure.

AnyDesk, ScreenConnect and Splashtop for the same job

Each of the three vendors sells a different combination of support rights and capacity. Start with the product edition before looking at the price. A remote-work plan for one person reaching their own computers is not necessarily the same product as a provider supporting multiple customers.

AnyDesk’s page combines concurrent connections with other plan limits and annual billing. ScreenConnect Standard includes unlimited unattended agents; its separate Access product must not be assumed to be a mandatory second subscription. Splashtop SOS combines concurrent-user licensing with a selected managed-computer allowance.

These distinctions explain why our calculator does not create rival totals from only technician and device counts. It would also need actual concurrency, feature choices and sometimes a current vendor quote. We give the model and the source instead of filling those gaps with favourable guesses.

Use the dedicated comparisons for AnyDesk, ScreenConnect and Splashtop when one of those products is your current tool.

Promotions are deliberately excluded from the AnyDesk list-price comparison. A discounted first period can be relevant to cash flow, but it should be shown separately from the ongoing plan calculation. Taxes, currency conversion and a negotiated contract can also change the actual invoice.

The table does not rate every feature. Unlimited devices in two plans do not make their administration, integrations or user experience identical. Compare the supported task and the customer’s requirements alongside the subscription.

The same inputs, different rules

A seat is not a concurrent connection.

Our result uses exactly the number of technicians selected. It chooses the lowest-priced plan that fits that device count and organisation choice. It does not add unused seats to lower the price.

TeamViewer
Licensed users, concurrent connections and managed-device limits; annual subscription. Not directly comparable without simultaneous-use and feature requirements.
AnyDesk
Concurrent connections plus plan-specific user and managed-device limits; billed annually. Not directly comparable without simultaneous-use and feature requirements.
ScreenConnect
Standard is per concurrent technician and includes unlimited unattended agents. Not directly comparable without simultaneous-use and feature requirements.
Splashtop
SOS licenses concurrent technicians with a managed-computer allowance; billed annually. Not directly comparable without simultaneous-use and feature requirements.

Two sliders cannot establish rival plan eligibility. We do not turn a named-user count into an invented concurrent-connection quote. No tax, promotional discounts or annual prepayment assumptions are included in the Remote Login total.

How Remote Login is priced

Remote Login charges for named technician seats. Starter is $25 per seat per month with 100 devices per seat and one organisation. Agency is $45 with 250 devices per seat, unlimited organisations and branding. White-Label Pro is $75 with unlimited devices and organisations. There is no metered per-device overage.

Ten Agency technicians supporting 500 devices cost $450 per month. The same team supporting 2,500 devices still costs $450. Beyond that capacity, the team makes an explicit decision about additional seats or a higher-capacity plan. That is the relationship between team growth, fleet growth and the bill.

Ten Agency technicians at 45 dollars per month cost 450 dollars monthly, including up to 2500 devices.

The calculator chooses the lowest-priced capacity fit for exactly the selected technician count. It does not quietly buy spare seats. If extra seats are a valid capacity strategy for you, calculate them as an explicit purchasing choice; if Pro’s features are required, choose Pro even when Agency has sufficient device capacity.

Include the work of switching

A fair budget includes the old and new subscriptions during the pilot, the time needed to enrol devices and the effort to update support instructions. If a migration loses a necessary integration, add the cost of replacing that workflow too. A lower monthly figure does not make these costs disappear.

Use representative devices and customer organisations in the pilot. Verify the session from both ends, test refusals and expiry, and inspect the resulting record. Keep an existing recovery route until the replacement works in the configurations the team depends on.

Pilot on representative devices, verify the support workflow, then roll out in groups.

Questions, answered

Pricing questions

How much does TeamViewer cost for ten technicians?

There is no reliable total from technician count alone. Identify the eligible plan, peak simultaneous connections, managed devices, region and necessary add-ons. This guide does not claim a verified current ten-person dollar quote from incomplete inputs. Use TeamViewer’s official selector for the actual offer.

Why do some prices say per month but require annual payment?

The headline can be the annual price divided by twelve. That makes rates easier to compare but does not mean payment is monthly. Check the billing period and total commitment in the official order or quote before treating a monthly equivalent as a monthly subscription.

Do all support tools add a device fee?

No. For example, ScreenConnect Standard and Premium list unlimited unattended agents. Remote Login provides per-seat allowances or unlimited devices on Pro. Read the exact plan rather than assuming that every product has the same licensing model.

When will these figures be reviewed?

Houston IT Developers LLC owns this comparison. The figures and model descriptions were checked on 22 September 2026, with the next scheduled review on 22 December 2026. The official vendor source should be checked again before a purchasing decision.
