Remote Login / White-label
Sell remote support under your own name
White label remote support software should make your service recognisable to the customer. Remote Login includes branding on Agency and full white-label on Pro, with the technical and legal boundaries stated before you sell it.

What actually rebrands
Your provider identity belongs in the places where a customer decides whether a support request is legitimate. The available branding settings include the provider name, logo, brand colour and support contact details. Organisation-facing sign-in, setup and invitation surfaces use that provider context.
Those settings serve a practical purpose. A customer who bought support from your company should recognise that company during setup. Their staff should know which name to expect and which support address to use if a request is unusual. A logo alone does not create that familiarity; the whole support explanation has to agree with it.
Agency includes branding in the $45 per-technician monthly price. White-Label Pro, at $75, includes the broader white-label offering. Test the actual surfaces needed for your customer journey during evaluation instead of inferring that every screen, notification and installer is automatically replaced.
We publish the boundary because a provider will often promise this experience to its own customers. The right time to find a remaining technical identity is before that promise appears in a proposal.

What does not, and why
| Surface | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Provider identity | Name, logo, colour and support details on supported customer-facing surfaces. |
| Legal operator | Houston IT Developers LLC remains identified where operator disclosure is required. |
| Signed software and OS prompts | Publisher identities, permission entries and binary names are not promised to become your legal identity. |
| Custom domain and unusual installer requirements | Confirm the exact supported setup during evaluation; branding alone does not establish a working custom domain. |
A signed software publisher is not a decorative label. It helps the operating system identify the application requesting permission. Changing a logo in a portal does not replace that identity, and on macOS changes to the relevant application identity can affect permission grants.
The same principle applies to legal and support responsibilities. Your customer contract can describe the service you provide, while the underlying product still identifies its operator. Do not describe white-label as a way to hide the existence of the software or the fact that access is happening.

What your client sees end to end
Start the evaluation from a client invitation, not from the provider’s administration screen. Open it as a new customer would, follow the setup flow, inspect the permission prompts, request an attended session, then stop it and review the record. Note every identity the customer sees.
The consent request should identify the technician and provider, name the target device and state the access duration. The person can refuse. A session indicator remains visible while help is active. Branding changes recognition; it does not remove any of those protections.
Give your customer a short explanation of the expected experience. Include the provider name, a way to verify an unexpected request and what the employee can do to stop a session. This makes the branded journey useful as a service promise rather than merely a cosmetic change.
The two-sided support session shows the experience to evaluate. The consent and tenant-isolation model still applies when the customer sees your name. Providers can read how client organisations are separated before enrolling their first customer.

What it costs to rebrand — nothing extra on an included plan
There is no separate rebranding charge on Agency or White-Label Pro. Agency is $45 per technician per month with 250 devices per seat and unlimited client organisations. Pro is $75 with unlimited devices and organisations. Starter is $25 and is the one-organisation entry plan; it does not include the Agency branding proposition.
Ten Agency seats are $450 per month, with capacity for 2,500 devices. Ten Pro seats are $750 with unlimited devices. These are monthly seat prices in USD, with no minimum term and no metered per-device overage.
See the complete pricing and capacity calculation and request an evaluation of your customer journey. If your decision depends on a particular domain, installer identity or notification surface, name it at the start so it can be checked before rollout.
White-label should make it easier for your customers to trust a legitimate support request. It should not make it harder for them to understand who is on their computer or where to report an unexpected session.
