Priced per technician, not per machine

Remote access software pricing you can calculate before a sales call. Starter is $25, Agency is $45 and White-Label Pro is $75 per technician per month. Device allowances are explicit, and there is no metered per-device overage.

Ten Agency technicians at 45 dollars per month cost 450 dollars monthly, including up to 2500 devices.

USD per technician per month. No minimum term. No metered per-device overage. Seat changes prorated in both directions.

A seat is a purchased technician place on the account. Starter and Agency multiply their device allowance by that seat count. Agency and Pro allow unlimited client organisations; Starter covers one. Choose both the capacity and the organisation model you need.

The distinction matters for a small provider. A two-technician team supporting ten separate client businesses needs a multi-organisation plan even when its total device count would fit inside Starter’s allowance. The lower sticker price does not override that limit.

The same inputs, different rules

A seat is not a concurrent connection.

Our result uses exactly the number of technicians selected. It chooses the lowest-priced plan that fits that device count and organisation choice. It does not add unused seats to lower the price.

TeamViewer
Licensed users, concurrent connections and managed-device limits; annual subscription. Not directly comparable without simultaneous-use and feature requirements.
AnyDesk
Concurrent connections plus plan-specific user and managed-device limits; billed annually. Not directly comparable without simultaneous-use and feature requirements.
ScreenConnect
Standard is per concurrent technician and includes unlimited unattended agents. Not directly comparable without simultaneous-use and feature requirements.
Splashtop
SOS licenses concurrent technicians with a managed-computer allowance; billed annually. Not directly comparable without simultaneous-use and feature requirements.

Two sliders cannot establish rival plan eligibility. We do not turn a named-user count into an invented concurrent-connection quote. No tax, promotional discounts or annual prepayment assumptions are included in the Remote Login total.

What we do not charge for

  • No metered per-device overage.
  • No minimum term.
  • No multi-year auto-renewal.
  • No extra fee to add client organisations on Agency or Pro.
  • No separate rebranding fee on a plan that includes branding.
  • Seat changes prorated in both directions.
  • No sales call required to see the three plan prices.

An included allowance is still an allowance. Starter has 100 devices per seat, Agency has 250, and Pro has unlimited devices. If the fleet outgrows the current capacity, make a deliberate seat or plan change. “No per-device overage” means there is no automatic endpoint meter creating a second bill.

Branding and unlimited client organisations are plan entitlements. They are not included in Starter simply because the general pricing statement says there is no separate branding fee. The plan cards above state which product you are buying.

For providers, the white-label scope describes what changes and which technical identities remain. The MSP guide explains how the client organisation model works day to day.

A few real calculations

Remote Login monthly examples · USD before tax · 22 September 2026
Team and fleetFitting planCalculationMonthly total
4 technicians, 350 devices, one organisationStarter4 × $25$100
10 technicians, 500 devices, multiple clientsAgency10 × $45$450
10 technicians, 2,500 devices, multiple clientsAgency10 × $45$450
10 technicians, 3,000 devices, exactly 10 seatsWhite-Label Pro10 × $75$750

The last example holds the purchased seat count at ten, just as the calculator does. If you are willing to buy spare seats for capacity, compare that separately: twelve Agency seats provide 3,000-device capacity for $540. That is a valid purchasing choice, but it is not the same input as ten seats.

The calculator deliberately shows its rule instead of quietly adding seats. If your team requires Pro’s broader white-label or support entitlement, select that plan even if another plan fits the device count. Capacity alone does not establish that a feature requirement is met.

With ten Agency seats, both 500 devices and 2500 devices cost 450 dollars per month.

How this compares to per-device licensing

The right comparison starts with the unit on the invoice. Some products sell named users, others concurrent technicians, others managed endpoints, and some combine plan allowances with add-ons. Ten named staff do not necessarily need ten concurrent licenses if only two are using the product at once.

ScreenConnect Standard includes unlimited unattended agents in its support plan. It would be misleading to add a separate unattended-device subscription to every Standard quote. AnyDesk and Splashtop have their own connection and device-allowance rules; a single per-month headline does not establish equivalence.

The TeamViewer pricing and licensing guide lays out the current published models and sourcing limits. Our comparison hub also identifies where an incumbent may be the better fit. We sell predictable seat arithmetic, not a claim that our price always wins.

Check annual billing separately from a monthly equivalent. Paying a year in advance at a per-month advertised rate is different from a monthly subscription. Include any required add-ons and the overlap during migration before deciding that a headline price represents your total cost.

Check the product as well as the price

A price only helps if the product does the work you need. Use the remote support workflow to plan a pilot, then check your operating systems and the consent and audit model.

There is a 14-day trial in the product, with two technician seats, three organisations and a 25-device allowance per trial seat. Trial limits are evaluation limits, not the full capacity of a paid plan. Confirm the setup for your account when you request access.

Before bringing customer devices into the pilot, decide who can authorise access and how you will remove the test enrolment if you do not proceed. A subscription comparison is reversible; an unplanned fleet change can be much harder to unwind.

Questions, answered

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

The product has a 14-day trial with two technician seats, up to three organisations and 25 devices per trial seat. Request access to evaluate your actual platforms and support workflow. Trial allowances differ from the paid plans; do not assume that a trial is an unlimited production account.

What counts as a device?

A managed device is an enrolled machine in your account’s fleet. The allowance is derived from purchased seats: 100 per Starter seat or 250 per Agency seat, with unlimited devices on Pro. A session is not a separate device charge.

What if I exceed the device count?

Choose more seats or a plan with the capacity you need before adding beyond the allowance. The product checks capacity when additions are made; shrinking a plan does not silently disable existing devices. There is no automatic metered per-device overage.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Seat adjustments are prorated in both directions. Review the account’s billing confirmation when changing seats or plan so the effective allowance and adjustment are clear. The published prices are per technician per month, in USD.

Do you offer annual billing?

This page publishes monthly seat prices and does not advertise an annual discount. Do not assume a lower annual rate from the calculator. If an annual arrangement matters to your purchasing process, ask about the available terms while evaluating the product.
